1. About Tribe Cocoro
Tribe Cocoro is an experimental project operated through shu-music.com.
The current version is a pilot designed to explore new ways of supporting creative work and the people who contribute to the creative community around it.
For this pilot:
1 Cocoro = €1
Cocoro may be given to specific creative content, including music, stories, reflections, critiques, and other contributions available on the website.
2. What Giving Cocoro Means
Giving Cocoro is a voluntary financial contribution connected to a specific piece of content.
Cocoro does not represent:
ownership of the artwork or content;
copyright or intellectual-property rights;
shares, securities, or an investment;
any right to future income, royalties, profits, or financial returns.
The creator or contributor retains their rights in their work unless otherwise stated.
3. Supporter Benefits
Some creations may offer special digital benefits to people who give Cocoro, such as:
a digital certificate;
a personal message;
unreleased material;
notes, images, or other digital keepsakes.
The benefits available, if any, will be described on the relevant page.
These benefits are intended as a way of recognising the connection between a supporter and a creation. They do not transfer ownership of the underlying work.
4. Fan Contributions
Tribe Cocoro may also feature stories, reflections, critiques, analyses, or other contributions submitted by members of the audience.
Where a fan contribution is eligible to receive Cocoro, financial support associated with that contribution may be paid to the contributor.
During the pilot, this process may be managed manually.
Any applicable payment-processing fees, refunds, or other transaction costs may be deducted before the contributor receives their payout. The exact treatment will be explained to contributors before their content is published for Cocoro support.
5. Pilot Status
Tribe Cocoro is currently an experimental pilot.
Some processes may therefore be manual, including:
reviewing and publishing fan submissions;
issuing certificates or digital rewards;
recording Cocoro;
paying contributors;
collecting feedback.
Features and processes may change as the pilot develops.
6. Payments
Payments are processed using third-party payment providers made available through the website, such as Stripe or PayPal.
Tribe Cocoro does not directly store full payment-card details.
The amount payable is shown before the order is completed.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original music, text, images, artwork, and other creative material published by Shu Yurimura remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holder.
Giving Cocoro does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the work beyond normal personal viewing or listening.
Fan contributors retain rights in their own original submissions, while granting Tribe Cocoro the permission necessary to display and promote the submitted content when they agree to publication.
8. Changes to the Pilot
Because Tribe Cocoro is an experimental project, features, reward structures, and operating methods may change.
Changes will not remove any statutory consumer rights.
